Return Guidelines
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective and non-defective standard products.Â
We don't accept exchanges for custom or hand-built steering wheels which are final sale and cannot be returned.
Restocking Fees
Unopened, like-new items:
- Domestic: 15% fee (85% refund or 100% store credit)
- International: 20% fee
Opened packaging/damaged items:
- Domestic: 20% fee (80% refund or 90% store credit)
- International: 25% fee
Used or installed items:Â Non-refundable
Important Notes About Returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refused custom orders incur 30% restocking fee plus original shipping
- All returns must include tracking number
How to Return an Item

Return Window: Within 7 days to return our product
- Please email info@fitolizaa.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include in your email:
- Order number
- Photos/video showing product condition
- Reason for return
- We'll send return instructions within 24-48 hours
- Ship items back using trackable method

Shipping Responsibilities
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error
- Free shipping promotions do not apply to exchanges
- For lost packages, customers must file claims with carrier
Cancellation Policy
- Standard orders: May cancel within 24 hours (5% fee applies)
- Custom orders: May cancel within 48 hours only
- Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled
Warranty Information
Two years limited warranty covers manufacturing defects. Does not cover:
- Installation errors
- Physical damage
- Modifications
- Water damage
